JPMorgan Chase homeownership center in Chicago: For Chicago families who are behind on their mortgage payments, or who are struggling to stay current, JPMorgan Chase has opened centers in Chicago that borrowers can stop by to speak directly to a counselor. They currently have two centers in the area.

Chase opened its first Homeownership Center in Melrose Park. The second homeownership center is located at 4730 West 79th St. These two new locations means that Chase now has almost 30 locations across the nation. Each center in Chicago features trained advisors and counselors who will sit down and evaluate borrowers’ finances, review possible workout options and loan modifications, and they will field questions. They may also scheduled appointments that help reduce wait times and to ensure they are providing top notch customer service.
