Free food pantries Lycoming County. A number of services are run by the Lycoming County food pantries. They will of course focus on addressing hunger. They try to provide free groceries, serve meals, and items such as baby formula. The pantries will always have a goal of not turning anyone away empty handed, but this can sometimes be difficult due to donation levels.
