New Hampshire transitional housing programs and shelters. Families that were evicted or that are homeless in New Hampshire can receive short term, transitional housing and other case management from several non-profits, charities, and government agencies. Housing programs are for single parents, veterans, the homeless, and others in the state.

In addition to locating emergency shelter or short term housing, clients will be provided access to a number of case management services. They range from help in finding a job, financial literacy, food, and much more.
