Telamon Corporation operates in the states of Alabama, Delaware, Georgia, Indiana, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, West Virginia, Michigan, Tennessee, Maryland, and also Virginia.

In many states they serve as the equivalent of a local community action agency. Mortgage, tenant and foreclosure counseling: They operate as a HUD certified counseling agency. Different types of foreclosure prevention programs and mortgage delinquency counseling is offered in each state.

Homebuyer Education Fast Track Class is for future homeowners. This was created in an effort to provide individuals ready to buy a home with information to assist them in moving towards homeownership. The federal government provides funds to Telamon and other community action agencies for the installation of materials, updates and/or provision of services to homes of low income families. Weatherization is prioritized according to those that are most at risk, such as the elderly, seniors, and low income families. In some cases, there may be funds available to pay for the replacement of a heating or cooling system, such as a furnace.
