Trumbull County free food pantries. Trumbull County residents can get help from a number of free or low cost food pantries near them as well as soup kitchens. The NLCF Food Pantry offers food, dairy, baby items, and clothing to those in need in the Liberty Township (Girard) area. The food bank is open Monday-Friday from 10 AM until 2 PM; by appointment only. They also hold food giveaways on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month. Clients will be given a time and a code when calling for the appointment.
